These moulds are good quality.
They may cost a little bit more than some but they are good quality. They seem to be just a fraction bigger than an Oreo bisciut. The biscuits come out easily.

Best mini cake tray ever
I make a lot of cakes. Have tried various mini cake tins. These are the best yet.My only advice would be to grease very well first and always let the cooked cake cool first before removing. Easy to clean and use daily.
