I had some reservations when ordering this given the reviews about packaging and etching and noisey drawer, but it seemed perfect for the vertuo caps (given that the standing options are so large with the capsule size compared to my old original pods) so I went ahead. I bought the smaller size as I didn’t want to overwhelm my counter top and it does fit well with my machine as you can see.Packaging complaints seem to have been acted on as it was careful packaged (although only delivered in its actual box) and had details re how to claim if it did not arrive in one piece, which thankfully was not an issue for me (even though this was sent to Australia)There is no etching on the glass which I’m glad of.The drawer also has two metal runners which can make a slight noise but if it bothered you all you need to do is apply a small upwards pressure when pulling and it’s grand (I don’t bother and I suffer with daily headaches that make me phonophobic so there’s some context for you).You can’t easily get into the back slot but it is possible (and I do so fairly easily)I was worried the drawer would look a bit office like in our kitchen but it looks modern and sleek.Overall very happy. If it had been a smidge cheaper (as with the other option i was tempted by) I would have given it 5 stars (and there was no option for a 4.5!)

This pod holder looks great, is built well, and reduces counter space that is taken up by putting your nespresso machine on top of it. BBBBUUUTTTT… there are two design flaws.1. The drawer doesn’t slide out on any kind of tail or track system so it rubs against the bottom every time you open/close it which makes a really loud obnoxious drawer every time you use it.2. The drawer doesn’t slide out all the way/far enough to reach the very back slot so off the bat I feel like I’m losing three slots in the far back row. It still holds a lot, but I either want to be able to use the back slots or the design should be reconfigured so you don’t have them at all. It’s not a huge deal, but I have OCD tendencies and that just bothers me for some reason.Otherwise it works just fine and does look nice, but I think this item is overpriced already for what it is and then in top of that I couldn’t deal with the noise so I returned it.

The large pods for the Nespresso Vertuo line cannot fill the back row because the drawer does not slide out enough to allow access to either place or retrieve the pods. Basically you can only get 8 pods to a row. Not horrible and the product looks good and is well made.

Was trying to move the unit after a month and a few days after purchase (and outside of return period) and the glass snapped clean off the base. Three of the metal connectors no longer attach to the glass, with only one still clinging on, but it has detached from the base. No longer provides stable surface for machine, essentially useless now.The drawer also doesn’t open all the way. So when fully extended you can’t really use the back most slots. You can shove a pod back there by pushing it in, but good luck retrieving it. It requires all sorts of finger contortions to claw it back out of the drawer. Bad design on top of bad quality. But hey, at least with the broken glass panel coming clean off, I can finally reach those last pods.

This was packaged nicely, in great condition. The pods in the back are a little annoying to get in but not that serious. Added a video showing how far the drawer slides out. I like that it stops and does not come out all the way. Fits almost 3 sleeves of Nespresso pods. Very pleased, wow definitely purchase again.
