Does exactly what it’s meant to do. Took my warm yellow/brassy hair to a sky blonde in one application. Applied to dry hair, used 3% peroxide suits a ratio of 1-2 parts. Left for just 5 mins (can always re apply), but no need, knocked out the brass in one swoop. Hair only appears dry as I’ve not straightened it and before pic was with 3 day old hair and oily roots. Follow hairdresser instruction. This is a professional product and left too long, mixed to wrong ratios will have different effects, so ignore reviews where this is obviously the case and be reassured that if you want to knock out brass and replace with a more creamy ash, this is the ticket, used correctly.

Ton 9.11 - super zum abtönen von Geb- und Rotstich. Wirkt besser wenn man auf trockenem Haar arbeitet. Ich empfehle zwei Packungen zu holen, damit die Tönung ausreicht. Fotos vorher - nachher sind anbei. Ergibt bei Gelbstich ein schönes kühles blond... Einen Aschton

First time using this and didn’t want silver hair. Usually use Dialight 10.12 pearl milkshake which lifts to lovely pearly blonde, but thought I’d add some of this to try and counteract the brass in slightly darker blonde sections and add a hint of silver to blend incoming greys to root. It’s come out a nice slightly ashy silver blonde to light at bits and completely toned out brass to darker blonde highlights - has even left a slight Smokey overtone to my chestnut brown ends. Will buy again. Love this range as super gentle to hair - esp. after already bleaching my dark hair. I’m allergic to PPD so the is so best toner I use without touching scalp / skin and leave mine in foil sections to protect from reaction. Even after washing out it still leaves a less brassy tone then when first bleaching.

Not for everyone. Very disappointed and hair got more orange!! Used this to tone my orange/yellow hair, as others had done. Didn't make any difference and even left it on for 10 extra mins (with the appropriate developer!) Extremely disappointed:(
