Because it is so thick, it looks like it might not warp. The only negative is that, because of the thickness, it is difficult to remove from the wheel. But the easy fix to this is I slip my steel rib under it and it comes right out. I would recommend this product. Really depends on how much you throw and I’d you take your piece off immediately **Q: what is the pin hole spacing?** A: the hole spacing is 9-7/8" to 10". This will fit the Brent and Shimpo wheels. Does not fit the Shimpo banding wheel. Note these bats are only 1/2" thick and can warp.
