We love these - beside the nutritional profile of almonds, these taste great. We always soak them in water overnight and eat next morning after taking out the skin. Taste great and somewhat sweet. We buy these every 2 months in save and subscribe. These are def more expensive esp than the one from Costco - but these are worth it IMO.

Fresh tasting and wholesome product, I have some of them everyday with breakfast. Not all dried out like store brands.

I have been using these almonds since 2018 and they consistently taste fresher and sweeter than any other almonds I've had. I love the earth friendly and health friendly benefits as well. They are the daily pop in my morning oatmeal and I never get tired of them. On top of that, I had an issue with my last order and Customer Service's response was ultra-quick, friendly, and solved the issue.

I discovered these about six years ago in the first days of Covid lockdown when we needed food but we couldn’t get a delivery window for home delivery and didn’t have a vehicle for curbside pickup. I started buying food directly from farmers through Amazon, and these almonds were one of my best discoveries. We have used them ever since. I especially appreciate the lower carbohydrate content and higher protein and vitamin E content compared to other almonds. We have tried the roasted variety and those do have a nice flavor, but the raw almonds are our go-to pantry staple. Superior taste and nutrition and versatility. And even more planet friendly than certified organic! Use them for trail mix recipes, almond butter and almond milk. Also use to make creamy dairy-free salad dressings. Yummy and nutritious.

Well, I stuck with this brand because of convenience and have found quality and consistency to have improved. You can't so better at this price with prime shipping. Old review content: I'll start off by saying that I eat a lot of almonds, probably a lot more than many. In a given week, it's common for me to eat a pound and a half of them just during work hours. I've grown accustomed to eating fresh raw almonds, ordered directly from the farm. Mine generally come from a specific farm in California (I won't name names, but - Barbara and the girls, you rock). They are always very fresh very consistent almonds, and never have any bitter or nasty tasting almonds nor any soft/mushy/unpleasant ones. The flavor of the almonds from Wild Soil, when in their prime, is better than those to which I am accustomed. They have an awesome texture, fantastic flavor, and are generally exceptionally fresh for something shipping through a middle man. They aren't without issues, though. Of the 3 bags I've ordered from Wild Soil so far, one was entirely mediocre in the flavor department. I'm not sure if it wasn't as fresh as the others, came from a different area, or what - but they were noticibly behind the others in taste. Consistency in pieces within a batch has not been great in my experience. Across the 3 bags I've had, I've encountered a couple dozen pieces with issues (mushy texture, sour flavor, or gross chemical flavor). At the price point where these are selling, I don't love finding those. When I can get 10lb of more consistent, but slightly less flavorful, almonds for $36 I find it a little tough to justify $23 for 3lb.
