No it very specificfully only fits one model

Q: Does this include the compatible pinlock insert?

No it is just the visor for the helmet. The insert is sold separately.

Q: Does this actually have pinlock? It looks just like the default one my helmet came with that doesn't have pinlock.

It has the holes for pinlock. You'll have to buy the insert separately.
