Cones in a red can let's out a blast of co2 and somewhat of a hiss slight whistle type sound..gets the dogs attention. I thought I'd try the convincer since I wouldn't need a need to buy a new can everytime just the cartridge. Well this thing barely let's air out there no hiss or whistle complete garbage and whe I contacted the seller they offered my 10% of what I payed ($65+ and $16+ shipping) and I could keep the product and give to someone or I could pay for the return postage send the product back and they'd refund 20% of what I payed. Now maybe if it was because I didn't like the color or something beyond their control but bottom line they 100% garunteed it to work and I watched a video about it and its nothing like what they advertise and still im beat for my money and I can't give it away its useless defective or something but I gotta eat it I guess?
