Everything you'd hope for and none of the disappointment!
First off, you should know that you'll get what you pay for. In this case, a small £4 MOLLE-esque vertical clamshell pouch. It's made from cheap materials, so you won't find things like YKK zippers and waterproof Cordura™ low IR signature fabric... But in something like this, it doesn't matter - It's a £4 pouch. Chances are you'll be buying several at once (I've now bought five in total), and the delivery time is so quick that it's minimal hassle to get a replacement.Saying all that, though, it's still a surprisingly well made bit of kit!I'm not especially familiar with Yalatan, so I had a look through their other products - If I had to guess, I'd say their 'tactical' kit has been designed by someone with absolutely no clue about the tactical market, and yet that lack of preconceived ideas is probably how they have still come up with some good designs. This very pouch, for example - There's very little else on the market that is anything like it, and the few vaguely similar products (most of which I bought and few of which I actually kept) don't do things the way this one does.As a quick features inspection:The zips - Stiff to begin with, but loosen up with a bit of breaking in. I like this, as the pouch can be yanked fully open quickly if you have the need, but it stays secure if you don't. I cut the plastic tags off and replaced with shorter knotted paracord - Nothing wrong with theirs, it's just personal preference. The PALS - Not perfectly spaced for standard MOLLE and only the central column has enough width for a standard attatchment strap. One is included and it serves well enough. The 'Grimloc' clip - Is a cheap copy, of course. It's better than some, in that it opens smoothly, the spring works freely, it clicks shut and holds securely, and the pivot doesn't squeak like most cheap ones do.Now I have had one break after fairly heavy force was applied, but that's one out of five and partly my own fault. So a cheap copy, but a good copy, as it fits as well as the genuine ITW Nexus ones. The strap loop it hangs on is securely mounted, too.The panels - Basic nylon weave. Definitely not Cordura™, possibly not even the claimed 1000D and feels more like 500D, but still good enough. Quite soft, so easy to pack the pouch to bursting point, if you want. The front is completely covered with a field of Velcro™ style loop side. Probably not genuine Velcro™ and a little bare, but it still works well. I like that it's a complete panel, as you can fit larger patches on. I wish more MOLLE kit offered that. The elastics - A pair of 2" wide 40mm elastic loops, with four smaller loops of 25mm over the top in typical 'tactical' fashion. Stronger than expected and with enough stretch to hold some pretty thick items. In my case a medium size bandage and a large saline vial, but they'll hold 26650 cells or a 50ml aerosol in the larger loops, while the smaller ones are sized well for pens and AAA torches. The pockets - The elastics are sewn to the front of a slip pocket, which is full height and eaily holds things like plasters, CPR face shields, maybe small notepads. It's not quite big enough for a Rite In The Rain No935, but it's close. The mesh pocket on the opposide clamshell side is designed for access when the pouch is open. The mesh feels quite hard and plasticky but works fine, and the pocket is about the same size as the slip one.The stitching - Very clean, very straight. The inner hemming around the seams is neat and even. No loose threads anywhere. So yeah - It's a cheap pouch, made very well - Perfect as a pocket IFAK containing EDC essentials: two bandages, saline, CPR shield, plasters, burns dressing, gauzes, wound wipes, gloves and a few other small bits... and still room for a AA torch, space pen and maybe a small knife (84mm SAK) or scissors.I am impressed!

Nice compact pouch
Good pouch for holding essential every day items, more practical than large EDC pouches as this is not bulky.
