Have tried more expensive brands, but this is the easiest to digest and has added enhancers for a very reasonable cost. I see improvement in my skin, hair, musle tone and appetite control. Though studies have been inconclusive, I had been a fan of grapeseed supplements for a long time so wanted to see if resveratrol was indeed the red wine supplement to supplant it.
