I received the desk base two days ago but have not yet received the desk top. The tracking only shows as “delivered”. I am worried. Is this normal?

This is still happening and I don’t understand why Amazon and Flexispot haven’t figured out a better system. I received one tracking number which apparently was for the desk top that arrived today. I called FedEx who said there was only one package under that tracking number, meaning (like most others on this thread) that there should’ve been two tracking numbers provided for the two packages. Hoping the desk base arrives in the next day or two…

If the desk doesn't work out, what is the return policy and does the seller pay for return shipping?

Same here. desk arrived with crushed corner on the shipping box and on the desk. Also the matching file cabinet came with a HUGE dent on top. Flexispot wanted me to pay postage to return a desk that was either damaged at their warehouse or in transit. But either way it is poorly packaged to withstand human handling! I called Amazon and they are preparing NEW postage prepaid labels to return the desk for a replacement. We'll see how the 2nd order arrives.

Does the white frame/white top table have 7 or 2 buttons? also, what kind of material, table top is made of?

There are 7 buttons. Left to Right: 1. Up 2. Down 3. Position 1 4. Position 2 5. Position 3 6. Save 7. Reminder. The top is 1" total thickness made up of particle board core faced with laminate both sides and with vinyl edge banding. Quite solid.

Does the LED on the control panel stay lit the entire time?

No...only when you press the up and down arrows or if you press the pre-saved numbers for height will the LED come up... and then eventually go back to black/unlit.
