I used this to add a wireless footswitch to my Boss RC-500 Loop Station and it works excellently. The connectivity is fast and consistent, and it runs off of most midi devices internal power meaning it doesn't need it's own supply though it does have a USB-C jack for this purpose if needed, making it compatible with older gear that may not have modern midi specs. I bought a Headrush Flex Prime, and wanted to use the MIDI features. I used this to connect an iPad to send program change commands to the Headrush. After the initial pairing I have not had to do anything to make it work. I bought the combination with the two 2.5m to 3.5mm cables.
