I love this tea so much. It is caffeine free, and has a light & fresh herbal tea flavor. A bit tangy, not too bitter, and goes well with some fresh cut ginger, (I just add it into the tea water while steeping and also in my cup to help get some of the anti-inflammatory benefits), as well as honey, and lemon. It’s a beautiful tea. Also. The bag is MASSIVE. !!!!!!!! I did not expect what seems like over a gallon of loose leaf tea for only $12. At Publix, I could get a box of 20 bags of tea for $6–and it would still have natural and artificial flavors and plastic tea bags. This is such an amazing value for the price. I feel like I have a lifetime supply of this tea, but I’ll surely be back since I’m so pleased with this one. Purchase in bulk with this brand and help your health and bank account! These are very fresh, easy to use, taste great and are very finely ground but don’t escape the tea bag!

I cold brew it daily and add electrolytes to it. Taste great, fresh, great quality, and my uterus love it. I drink daily throughout my cycle. Will stop once I get pregnant but will start again at the end of my 3rd trimester. Perfect for daily womb care! Plus you get 100 for the price of 16, so I love this brand.

Really tasty! I got this for pregnancy/post partum and I like the flavor. I started drinking around 36 weeks and my labor was crazy fast. Recovered faster this time than my first. Even if its just placebo effect, the placebo effect does improve symptoms so why not!

Best tasting RRL tea I’ve tried, however the bags are cheap, no string, and often break open while steeping. Made it difficult to make larger batches to cool as it became inevitable at least one bag out of 8-10 would break open into the whole pot :( still would buy again for taste and price/value

It's fine as a tea but don't be like me and not read the description only to realize there's minimal raspberry flavor. I can't detect it at all.

This is excellent quality tea, and it comes in a suprisingly large bag. It's mostly leafs, very few sticks etc. Got this to reduce menstrual pain and length, though it seems to be good for a variety of female issues, so I'll keep it up. Seems to work best starting this a couple days beforehand. I like to brew a 2 cup pot and drink the second cup later in the day, sometimes adding some new hot water to top off the cup, though It's good hot or cold. I don't think it needs any sweetener. Will definitely buy again.

I bought this after reading it can ease menstrual cramp and to be honest, I was pretty skeptical. Usually my cramps are so bad I need to take 3 extra strength ibropfen just to be able to function like a human being. Since drinking this tea, it has improved my overall well-being and the best part is I no longer have to take over the counter drugs to ease my cramps. The tea sort of tastes like a mild black tea which I don't mind but I brew it in a tea pot and will throw in a fruit tea to add additonal flavour. I have also found that I need to drink 3-4 cups a day in order to feel the full pain free effects. I read online that this tea is benefical if you drink it before your cycle but its never worked out like that for me as I tend to drink it the day it arrives and it has still worked its magic. 10/10 recommend for individuals that want a healthy alternative to medication. Pro - alleviates cramps (I personally found this after having 3-4 cups a day) - healthier alternative to medication - affordable as the bag lasts awhile (100 tea bags per pouch) Con - need to drink more than 1 cup (my personal opinion) - some people might not like the taste (to combat this, I brew it in a teapot with a fruit tea I like)

I started drinking this Organic Red Raspberry Leaf Tea during my third trimester after hearing it may help with labor. I drank it quite consistently leading up to delivery, but in my personal experience, it didn’t make a noticeable difference— I still had a long and difficult 12-hour labor. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but I wanted to share that honestly. As a tea itself, it’s very easy to enjoy. The taste is mild and gentle, which I actually like because I can drink it without adding anything. It’s also **caffeine-free**, so I felt comfortable having it daily. I appreciate that the ingredients are very simple — just pure raspberry leaf, nothing extra. It feels clean and natural. The tea bags are also good quality, and I usually steep for about 5 minutes to get a slightly stronger flavor. PROS: ✔️ Mild, easy-to-drink taste ✔️ Caffeine-free ✔️ Simple, clean ingredient (pure raspberry leaf) ✔️ Good quality tea bags ✔️ Convenient resealable packaging CONS: ❌ Didn’t help with labor in my experience ❌ Flavor may be too light if you prefer stronger tea Overall, it’s still a nice, gentle herbal tea for daily drinking, but I wouldn’t rely on it for labor support based on my experience.

I used this product in my third trimester. The flavour wasn’t too strong, which was great. The tea bags were a good size and good quality. I could drink this tea straight without any added sweeteners. I would recommend this product to anyone!
