Easy to install when you need an access point within a wall and have to cut into the wallboard to make that opening. Used it to cover an opening I made to install a water supply line for refrigerator

Quality construction
Well made. Sturdy. Perfectly finished. Square inside flange and outside. Large overlap of outside flange. 12 1/4” square hole needed.Love screw holes on inside flange. Don’t love that lock is a counterclockwise turn to close and vice versa. This is the opposite of convention. When some time has passed and you return to it, this will frustrate you.Make cut out 12 1/2” square if you can’t master 12 1/4” perfectly square.
