These are generous in interior space and therefore can hold bigger bottles. I can stick a regular water bottle and a small ice gel pack to keep water cold. Holds on with three straps and stays secure with decently strong velcro. Has two mesh side pockets, or just throw stuff inside and cinch close.

I ordered this for my and my wife's bikes. My bike has a basket mounted over the rear wheel, which I use to carry most of my stuff when on a bicycle, but I added this to the front of my bike, just over the front wheel, and find it very handy to carry small items (e.g. keys for bike lock, water bottle, phone) which I want to access quickly and easily.
