If you like blue raspberry tart flavor then blue buzz is the flavor for you but if you like fruit then rip harambe will be your favorite...I've had both and switch from bang energy and have loved it ever since

the amount of supplements are so low that they wont even have an effect its cheaper to just buy kool-aid. save your money guys

I tried the blue buzz and also RIP Harambe. Both have good taste and give great clean energy. I usually put two scoops in a shaker and mix with 12-14 oz water (trial and error, this tastes best in my opinion) and take it to work with me. The only recommendation I would have would be to get multiple flavors. They taste good, but it does get old drinking the same thing over and over.I wouldn't really recommend it as a pre-workout though (something with beta alanine would be better).
