IL Caldo Women's Retro Winter hat Fascinators

The hat arrived folded in half in a plastic package. It isn't as large as it's advertised and the fabric is CHEAP, similar to children's felt. As a cancer patient, losing my hair has been tough. I spent a lot of time searching for a hat that I thought would be cute. This is more of something that should be in a child's dress up box. I don't know if I'll be able to get the wrinkles out to make this presentable to wear. I won't recommend this hat nor will I purchase any other colors. What a mistake I made in choosing this one!

The color is beautiful and as shown. The hat was crushed flat in a plastic bag delivered earlier then expected. The ribbon w/ flower was off the hat , like it was thrown in the bag that way.The flower was still attached. It has many wrinkles in the top of it and sides around the base of hat. I’ve had it for two days it doesn’t seem to look different. I won’t wear it like this. Packaging needs to have some type of support to keep hat in its shape. I did see other reviews that said they steamed it, I don’t have a steamer it doesn’t look hopeful, I will send it back .

Purchased as a gift for an older lady. She liked it very much. The hat was a bit large on her but she is small and petite and has a small head. This would fit perfect otherwise. The hat comes in a nice plastic bag that has a gummed closure so you can take it out and inspect if before wrapping. The color was very bright and true red. It was nicely lined and very attractive. This is very well made. It's perfect for being dressed up for a wedding or church or Red Hat Society group. I would recommend purchase again and again.

I wear a lot of purple (my favorite color) and this hat matches a lot of my clothes. I also wear hats every day so this hat has made it onto my head at least once a week since I bought it last November. I stitched the flower open when it arrived so it laid properly but otherwise it fits great and has held up very well and I love how it looks on me. I am very happy with my $10 hat!

So this was a bit too large for me, but I have curly hair so no one would notice.The hat looks great - I had multiple compliments at a Great Gatsby themed wedding we attended and this was part of my outfit.As a costume choice - this hat does well. It's a notch above many hats you will find in the costuming/theater world.As a wear it every day hat - it's a little on the cheaper side but you could definitely pull it off. It probably won't hold up for a long period of time - but for the price you could afford to replace it.
