I use Lean Body as a protein drink as a crave crusher. I have cravings for sweets and milkshakes at fast food places or ice cream treats was a weakness but not since I have been using this product. This product has no sugar, has vitamins and lactose free which makes it a good replacement. I also use it at work during hectic times when I have little time to eat.

This is my favorite protein drink and the salted caramel is the BEST! However, I was disappointed in the size. The ones my gym sells (which is where I first bought these) are twice this size for the same amount of money. I won't buy these online anymore. They are delicious and I will buy them at my gym from now on.

Very good and filling. The Labrada Nutrition Lean Body RTD salted caramel is my favorite. These drinks are filling and very tasty. I usually have sensitivity to whey drinks but not this brand.

Best flavor out of all of them. Keeps me feeling full all morning!
