Brabantia117923 Ironing Board A, 110X30 cm, Steam Iron Rest -Morning Breeze

Very good build quality, as expected with Brabantia products. Only downside is the inadequate padding. I had to get extra felt so I wouldn't be hitting the metal frame when I iron.

Aufgrund der Anschaffung einer Dampfbügelstation haben wir unser 15 Jahre altes Hailo Bügelbrett ersetzt, um eine Ablage für die Station zu haben. Das Bügelbrett mit Steam Control haben wir gekauft um Wasser auf dem Teppich zu vermeiden.Das Bügelbrett ist stabil und auch gut verarbeitet und steht absolut wackelfrei. Der Bezug sitzt straff und Die  Philips GC9682/80 Perfect Care Elite Plus Dampfbügelstation, DynamiQ-Sensor, 8 bar, 1.8 L, 2700 W, kupfer / schwarz  passt perfekt auf die Ablage...Positiv:Die Ablage für die Station ist stabil und ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass es hier Probleme geben wird. 10 Jahre Garantie sind auch positiv zu vermerken.Das Brett ist schnell aufgestellt und der Bezug fühlt sich gut an (bügelt sich auch gut) und verrutscht nicht. Hier ist also alles bestens.Nach 2 Stunden Bügeln habe ich das Brett gekippt, um das Wasser in die Bowl fließen zu lassen und nach Leerung direkt aufgestellt. Es ist dann dann auch kein weiteres Wasser ausgelaufen. Hier hat sich die Anschaffung des Bügelbrett mit Steam Control rentiert...Negativ:Im Vergleich zu unserem alten Bügelbrett ist es etwas weniger wertig in der HaptikDie Kunststofffixierung der Beine für den Transport bietet zu wenig Halt. Hier fürchte ich, dass es mit der Zeit noch mehr ausleiern wird.Leider verstellt sich die Höhe nach oben, wenn man das Brett anhebt, um es zur Seite zu stellen. Man muss es danach wieder ablassen.Die Kunststoffablage für die Station hat eine Fixierung um zu verhindern, dass die Ablage von der oberen Position in die unter geht. Diese ist leider aus so weichem Kunststoff, dass sie nahezu wirkungslos ist. Ich würde keine Station in der oberen Position abstellen.Stehend liegt der Schwerpunkt ungünstig. Exakt horizontal kippt das Brett auf die Bügelfläche. Hier sollte man aufpassen wenn man es an eine Wand lehnt und das Brett noch "bügelfeucht" ist...Fazit:Ich habe nur 4 Sterne vergeben da mich für 5 Sterne zu viele Kleinigkeiten stören. Eine anständige Transportfixierung und auch eine fixe Höheneinstellung (bis man den Hebel drückt) gehört für mich auf jeden Fall dazu. Wir behalten das Brett, da die Aqua Bowl anscheinend einmalig ist und es trotz der Kritikpunkte ein sehr gutes Bügelbrett ist. To replace a slightly wobbly ironing board and also house a new steam generating ironIt does the job, but unfortunately the ironing board cover arrived with marks on it that are not part of the design and also the metal plate to house the new iron rather scratched. It only had cellophane to protect it during transit and clearly needs more packing. Not what I would expect, given the price paid for it.

I bought this to compliment my new Philips gc960/20 steam iron. Only six shirts in and the top 6 inches of the ironing board soaking wet. Not only does this render the ironing board useless but it has also stained hefabric of the cover. The perfectflow cover is a simple sales gimmick and an utter waste of time and money. I have mailed Brabantia and if a solution isn't offered quickly the whole thing will go back for a full refund. £80 fo a crap ironing board is not funny!

I bought this item on April 2018, as I moved in a new flat. The delivery was perfectly on time, and the item arrived as expected. It is slightly expensive compared to other boards available online, but it compensates the price with its robustness and balance.The ironing board is very robust and balanced. The height can be regulated to accommodate different needs. I am around 180 cm tall, and I used the second to last pivot on the board. It can be of course used by both right-handed and left-handed people.The lateral plastic base can easily support my Philips perfect care steam iron with a 1.5 L of water (around 4-5 Kg in total). I have not experienced any breakage, nor the board seems unstable at some point.The canvas on the board does not allow the water to flow through and, if wet, it dries out very fast.The board can be easily folded to be stored anywhere in the house (I store it between the wardrobe and the wall).

Das Bügelbrett ist sehr stabil und hat eine tolle Breite für Bettwäsche, Tischtücher etc. Hemden lassen sich am vorderen schmalen Teil perfekt drehen. Die abnehmbare Auffangschale ist perfekt! Endlich kein Wasser mehr am Boden!!! Eigentlich hätte dieser Bügeltisch 5 Sterne verdient!Habe eine Dampfbügelstation von Tefal, die zwar von den Maßen perfekt in die Ablagevorrichtung hinein passt und auch das vorgeschriebene Gewicht nicht überschreitet, aber bei Belastung keinen stabilen Eindruck macht - senkt sich nach unten. Habe diese mit einem Lineal ähnlichem Flacheisen unter dem Bügelbrett hin zur Ablage verstärkt. Jetzt hält es! Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug!
