So installed them hoping they will work but they Don’t close the door all the way it stays open about 6in so I guess they r not strong enough?? Since there is no weight limit on packaging who know!! and when we moved the small set pin around to try and tighten the door to close ,the set pin must have flown out somewhere not to be found cuz it’s only about a quarter of an inch big!! I then called the Hillman group who manufacture them , twice.. and they were of no assistance what so ever as far as instructions or weight limits or even if they sold the set pin separately ( they said they don’t ) So it renders it useless!!! So they can’t b used!! Review: Working much better that standard duty hinges - Difficult to find any Heavy Duty spring hinges at Lowe's or Home Depot. These are the ones you need if your door is heavier that a normal screen door.
