This Is how I use it. I boil 8 oz of water and add 1 heaping tbsp of chicken broth powder to water and some white pepper for flavor. I purchase a broasted chicken and some green beans. I shred off some chicken and get a heaping serving of green beans. I put some chicken and green beans on a spoon and then scoop up some of the broth for a large bite. This stuff tastes so wonderful and completely fills me up- and the collagen helps with my hip and leg pain. I feel like my gut is getting healed and eating super healthy and have dropped some weight as an extra added bonus.
