Great bag. We filled with old clothes (used 5 charity bags full altogether.)Very sturdy. We attached to the ceiling using a hook and chains not included.My son is 11 and competes in MMA. Perfect for him.

For reference the bag is attached to a length of 2x4 @ 2.4 m high. I have filled it with old clothes , pillow’s and 6x1kg bags of sand wrapped in gaffa tape. My one weighs 22kg and is used by the whole family, with me being the heaviest at 100kg.It gets a lot of use and all the stitching is good and intact, including the straps.I’ve had it outdoors for a few months and the weather has not bothered it.

A beginner bag at best, would struggle to to take 100lbs. Outter material not so durable as others bags.As you can see this bag marked very easily during filling period. The stitching doesn't fill me with confidence and I've only got 66lb in her.Still using still holding up... though stitching has me concerned for longevity.

Zip is damaged and can't zip it up

The Jayefo does exactly what it promises, and does it well. Yes, it's not filled, but that's fine, and the bag is strong and sturdy enough to take the filling up to the maximum.

Really great for the price. Well made and should lady a while. Well worth the cash.

Bag is as advertised, zip broke when I was filling and outside of the return period so could not send back (My fault for taking so long to get filling material).

The punching bag is worth every cent. You get a great workout in a short amount of time.The bag was filled with clothes and was hung with the suppled hardware.

I'm very happy with this punching bag bracket / hanger. I was looking for a solid bracket / arm that I would adjust if needed and swing the bag out of the way when it's not in use. As you can see in the pictures, I did a concrete mounting that will survive the next apocalypse. :) I Didn't use the mounting hardware that came with the bracket. I could have docked a star I guess, but it's solid and put together very well. As you can see, I used nice marine grade anchor bolts, 5/16 X 3 1/2 inches. If you are going to mount on concrete, you need to use the right equipment and apply careful attention to the drilling of the holes. If you try to use a masonry bit without a hammer drill, you are on a fool's errand if you ask me. The hammer drill makes the drilling go fast like a hot knife through butter. Again! Make sure and use the bracket as a guide for the drilling. You can't afford to be off very much at all on the holes. And make sure you are perpendicular to the wall. If you get it wrong, you won't be able to get the bracket on once you put all the anchor bolts in place.I actually put this up for my wife and after researching, I settled on this bracket. I mounted it so the top of the bag would be an inch or two below my wife's height. This will give a good range of adjustment even for me at 5' 10". And of course, you could a spring etc... to drop the bag down more if needed.Good luck on your mounting! Do it right... The bolts I purchased on Amazon were not cheap and I could only find them in a 10 pack. mg
