Haven't had this sharpener long, but so far I love it! Doesn't take up much space, but sharpens clean and sharp and quickly. It even offers 3 different levels of sharpened points. The sharpener can run on batteries, off of your computer or plugged into the wall. I have been a teacher for over 20 years and have experience with lots of different electric sharpeners. Believe me - this one is starting out in superior fashion! It even comes with a lifetime warranty. How can you resist?UPDATE: The sharpener was wonderful while it worked. When it quit working after 3 months use, and I tried to get the company to honor the lifetime warranty they promised, my e-mails were met with silence. Should have known that promise was too good to be true, and totally false.

I bought this for my classroom because my expensive "industrial" one broke mid-school year. I sharpened over 100 pencils in one sitting and every pencil was perfectly sharpened! I love the portability of the sharpener and it's fairly quiet. Only time will tell if it holds up for a whole school year or not. So far, I'd highly recommend this lil' sucker!

This sharpener worked great for two months. I bought it for one reason and one reason only.... the lifetime guarantee. Except, now that it's broken, I can't get in touch with anyone to tell me how to get it replaced.

I have had SEVERAL electric sharpeners-- all the best brands and very expensive. None them lived up to expectations. Several died or got jammed up and I could never fix them. I decided to give this shapener a try. This is by far the best electric sharpener I have ever used! I like how you can make the lead sharp or blunt. It works EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it.

This pencil sharpener is fabulous. My students rave about the sharp point it leaves every single time. I give this sharpener five stars not only for its ability to form a sharp point but it's ability to withstand 21 first graders who use it daily as well!! I highly recommend buying!!

The sharpener broke after maybe a month of usage. The company initially said it was protected under warranty, which was my reason for buying. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them. Not a good buy, total waste of money. I'm very disappointed in the product.

Best pencil sharpener I have ever used! It was a great value! Sharpens pencils quickly, to desired sharpness, and is relatively quiet. I love the fact that it can be used with my plugable power strip by usb connection.
