I burned the hand, overheating when loaded and therefore need a INDEMNITY for the damage they caused me, I'm diapuesto to forget if I am paid back and I can stay with the product, you can use it usare

Tablet worked fine for about two months with very light use at the office. Now it will not charge at all. I know it was inexpensive and wasn't expecting an iPad, but, thought this would last longer given how infrequently it would be used.

I ordered two of these for my daughters. They wanted to play Pokemon Go. To do that you need GPS. I received the units in perfect condition, they are clearly marked as referbs. We booted them up, one seemed slower. We powered them down and went to the gym, when we returned home, one of them (my younger daughters) device would not boot up. I plugged it in and tried, it would get to the initial boot screen then stop, sat there for 30 mins. So these things are 50/50 at best. Returned one of them, waiting to see how that goes

nice tablet that does what it should. I use it mostly for music kindle books. works welland Looks & sounds good. I had a minor adjustment period of a few seconds as its functionality is not the same as my Samsung, GS6 phone. A minor problem to be expected. the functions I was looking for are there - music; calculator; downoaded apps list; etc. They're just accessed differently than to which I am accustomed -- I've been a Samsung Galaxy user since the GS2. .

I love it and the price was great!!!!

Once tablet was turned on it wouldn't get past the welcome screen and kept restarting and over heating.

The system kept freezing and restarting itself had to remove software and add it back to work properly and to this day it's still sketchy....
