Works just as well as Advil PM, same active ingredients, for a much better price. Bottle is also easier to open than Advil, the Advil bottle is strange shaped. Great for pain relief and sleep assistance.

This is worth the cost but I have it on subscription. It helps me sleep, partly by relieving my knee pains, although I only use 1 pill and only as needed. While using it helps me get & stay sleep (because it is contains a sleep aid), it doesn’t make me tired the next morning. It works quickly & is easy to swallow. Since it’s a pill that you swallow with water, it has no taste.
