Worked with small modification
The lower bushing was warped. It would not allow both rivets to go in. I had to drill the holes at a small angle to get them in.

Doesn’t fit 250 trailblazer correctly
Says it fits a 250 trailblazer but it doesn’t fit right. The oem ones closed around the steering shaft, and this one did not. I would steer clear of this one.
