What is quality of the plastic pages inside? One review says that the plastic quality is poor and it gets wrinkled very easily.

Does it come with the banknotes inside or does it just come with a binder in which you can put the banknotes in without any banknotes?

NO....IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE BANKNOTES INSIDE, it's a binder folder which comes with 100 PVC FREE ( which is what you need for the notes) refills for you to put the notes into, each refill page can hold 3 notes and you can see the front and back of the notes. I think it's a nice buy....

So this product is really made for long-term archival storage of paper currency? I ask because keeping my one of a kind money safe is my only goal.
