Love this tape for making my hand made cards and other paper products

As with anything there is a chance something may be flawed. When I opened one of my refills it completely fell apart. I notified Amazon/seller about the problem and immediately it was replaced with no problem. Love this adhesive gun and refill. Easy to use and refill.

JUNK. First replacement catridge. I removed the new cartridge from the packaging. It fell apart with multiple parts falling out. The takeup spool was not connected to the carrier. The sticky pads were on the wrong side of the carrier! And the tip was missing. Second cartridge. The carrier is folding over onto itself and stick itself into a mass of crap! TWO STRIKES! I've been using this machine and the cartridges for a year. Where did the quality go in the E-Z Runner Grand?

Works well. I've only had one that stops working before it's empty.

I am so frustrated with this product. The last several (3-4) times I've ordered, I get about 1/4 or 1/3 through the tape runner and it starts gumming up. It appears that the adhesive pieces are suddenly attached to BOTH sides of the ribbon. I try to carefully unclog it with one of my tools, but the ribbon is so thin, it stretches out and then doesn't roll properly on the other end. I have ended up throwing away the last several refills with most of the tape unused. Why do I keep buying it? Because the design is easy to use with my arthritis. But at $14 a shot, I won't keep doing this. Figure it out please or send me ones that have passed quality control.

I love this double sided tape. I use this tape when making cards and small boxes. It is sufficiently sticky, durable, and bonds securely. The dispenser design works well and fits nicely in your hand.

My first use and the first refill worked fine. The second refill tabs came off on the wrong side made a pile on the small dispensing wheel and was tough to get out but thankfully didn't break. Addendum: The defective refill was replaced and the new one seems to be working.

This double sided tape is brilliant for crafters. Very easy to use and economical. No more struggling to take the backing off normal double sided tape, especially with false or no finger nails lol. The hand held dispenser is refillable so no need to replace it.
