First replacement catridge. I removed the new cartridge from the packaging. It fell apart with multiple parts falling out. The takeup spool was not connected to the carrier. The sticky pads were on the wrong side of the carrier! And the tip was missing. Second cartridge. The carrier is folding over onto itself and stick itself into a mass of crap! TWO STRIKES! I've been using this machine and the cartridges for a year.
