I'm no pro PDR guy but.... this kit is well worth the money. I removed several dents from a motorcycle gas tank and other various ones on a car hood.

The set I received is not an exact match to the product description. I'm not really certain it makes much difference other than there are some items not included, but there are others that are not in the listing. There is also some things included that are not explained in the included pamphlet. I looked at a couple of PDR videos on YouTube and the kit had everything covered that was in those videos, so like I said, I'm not certain the exact contents really matters as long as it covers all the usual tools which it does.The thing is, this is one part tools and about 10 parts knowledge/skill/technique/artistry. Getting this kit looks like it has everything any home mechanic would want for basic dent removal, but a bunch of research will be required to get satisfactory results. It also is going to depend on just how fussy you are. I would think to start in the least noticeable area to practice, and work your way to the one you really want to get right.As a footnote, this comes with quite a long USB cable to light up the line board, but I would say the best way would be to use a power bank like used to recharge phones and tablets on the go.You'll pull a heck of a lot of dents before you use up this kit. I'd say this is a really good value considering all the different options offered.

Fixing my own small sheet metal dents from the usual door opening careless folks in tight hospital & other parking garage spaces is both satisfying and relatively easy to do. This is a huge set (Pictures 1-4) with way too many pieces to list here- see the listing. It includes a slide hammer, tap hammer, hot melt glue gun with 10 long glue sticks, dent lifters and tabs with a zippered bag to keep everything in. For a lot less than a professional body shop would charge me to pop out one dent I can get all this! The instructions are short and limited though well illustrated. I recommend watching a few online videos. This will not do it for a perfectionist or a car body made of fiberglass or exotic stuff like carbon fiber. Sorry for you Lambo owners! As an average duffer with a 2nd hand car, I found it very useful.Basically this kit uses hot melt glue to stick small plastic tabs to my cleaned dented area. A plastic empty spray bottle is provided for me to fill with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) which is what I use to preclean the finish of wax and dirt and to remove the hot melt glue tab when done. I clean, apply the reusable tab, lift out the dent using one of the tools provided, carefully remove the glued on tab and repeat. It may take 3 or 4 lifts to get the spot "fixed". See P.4-7 before and after. There was a big improvement and it was worth the hour I spent. This kit is quite impressive. It has everything that you will need to remove dents except experience. You can learn what you need to know on YouTube and practice will go a long way to removing a dent. We are still reading and learning but we were able to remove a small dent that we did not even realize was on the rear of the car.MY favorite things about this kit are: It comes in a bag that stores everything and it is easy to carry/store. The glue is reusable so I won't have to stop in the middle of my project to purchase more glue. The dent finder is a very neat tool once we learned how to use it. Not only does it find dents, but it is also used to clearly determine if the entire dent has been removed before you put everything away.The instructions included in the kit are really good but again, I highly recommend YouTube to obtain a clear understanding of how to use this kit and to learn tips/tricks before you start.
