Review: Best Pan ever! - These ceramic pans are awesome. It's really true that they don't stick and you can wipe out the pan after you've cooked and it won't look like it was ever used. I have no negatives on this pan! It cost a little more, but it's worth it. You don't need spray on it, just a very little oil and if you keep the heat lower, you may not even need that.

**Q: what is the interior diameter of the bottom of this pan?**
A: 13.5 x 5 x 2.4 inches

**Q: Does it need to be seasoned?**
A: NO...the ceramic surface is not porous so trying to
season it would be totally pointleess.  i use a
small pan to make omelets & it does a fantastic job.

**Q: Teflon releases flouride when heated. Does this pan contain teflon, teflon-like materials or any material that releases flouride?**
A: NO....IT'S CERAMIC

**Q: Any recent buyer: does the non-stick coating quickly become not very 'non-stick' (as mentioned in some reviews)?**
A: Yes, my review was one of them...I think putting it in the dishwasher hurried the process along, but I'm not too impressed with this pan. Like the idea of not having cancer-causing teflon, but it's not as great. My big Aldi ceramic nonstick pan didn't have this issue...might just be the brand of this one that's not as quality.

Beautifully made and extremely handy if you are living on your own and controlling your portion size.. My only criticism would be the handle is too heavy for the pan and unless placed on the hob carefully it tilts
