Great deal. . .
This book is a great reminder of what we should be doing with the science behind why it makes us healthier. It may seem intimidating to fix artic char or grilled red snapper for lunch, but when reading - she gives you the options to substitute for healthier, more affordable protiens.

good advice
This book was inexpensive, so I thought I would check it out. It has a lot of good advice on food, nutrients, how they effect the body and what causes a lot of our health problems. There are also some good ideas for meal planning. It was worth the money I paid. I plan to pass it on to someone else now that I have read it and taken a few notes. Again, purchased it along with another item from Amazon.com and paid no S&H, another bonus!

same information, new book
I was excited to read this second book, but I was amazed at how similar the diet information was to the first book.... pretty much the same plan. The other information is common sense, such as when to exercise, etc.... I agree with the other comment posted.... This is not worth spending the money if you already have the first book, How the Rich Get Thin. There are better diet books with better advice on the market.
