Cam Cleat. Not worth buying
Rated to hold 150 lbs, my cedar strip canoe weighs less than 100 lbs and it let go when my canoe was lifted to the ceiling of my garage. It held for 2 mins. I do not recommend this unit.

good value for the price
not the highest quality but the stainless steel ones cost 4 times more. they work well. these things are called cam-locks, not cleats.
