At first, I bought a coiled 25 ft hose for my air compressor from this seller. The male plug that plugs into my air compressor fit perfectly with no air leaking whatsoever, not even the tiniest little bit after sitting going unused for hours and hours. So, assuming that this seller used these same fittings (that I'm now writing a review on) on the coiled air hose, I took a chance and bought this set and learned that they also fit perfectly and had no leaks with my new air compressor. I have left my 50 ft hose with the 25 ft coiled hose plugged in along with a blow gun attached to my compressor all night long then the next day, I checked the gauge and see that it has not moved one bit. I turned the air compressor off so it would not refill in the middle of the night for this test. These fittings are perfect and I'm glad I got them. I can now give away (to the Habitat ReStore) all the old miscellaneous fittings that do not work that well for my new Husky upright 20 gallon quiet air compressor (from Home Depot). Before I even bought this set, I tried all of my old male air compressor fittings with my new air compressor and they all leaked air where they were plugged in at. These don't leak the tiniest little bit. I cannot say that they will work perfectly for every single air compressor but give them a try and you might be pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend these. It's a nice kit.

Would have been helpful if the array of fittings would have included a reducer adapter to adapt6 a 3/8" fitting to a 1/4" fitting.

These seal off real well.They don't lose when you use them with a die grinder either.High quality and good threads.I recommend using Teflon tape, but you don't have to.Stop buying those expensive brand names.

used two female swivels and one male swivel and they work great. the other male swivel would not swivel. even using pliers could not get swivel to work. even with one being bad i got five good ones at a good price.
