Dear, you can try to erase the memory of your garage door opener. Press and hold the learn button on the garage door opener until the learn LED goes out (approximately 6 seconds). All remote control are now erased. And you can reprogram any accessory you wish to use.

You can check your garage door opener learn button's color. If it is PURPLE learn button (Security+, 315MHZ), or RED or ORANGE learn button (Security+, 390MHZ), or YELLOW learn button (Security+ 2.0, 310, 315, and 390MHZ), or GREEN learn button (Billion Code, 390MHZ). This remote will work, otherwise it will not work.

Step 1: Press and hold the program button (At the bottom right of the remote control, insert it with a safety pin) of the remote till the remote LED flash Step 2: Then immediately Press and release the remote control button (not the program button) you wish to use the number of times that corresponds with the garage door opener type: Presses 1 times: Security+ 2.0 (Yellow Learn Button) Presses 2 times: 315 MHz Security+ (Purple Learn Button) Presses 3 times: 390 MHz Security+ (Red or Orange Learn Button) Presses 4 times: 390 MHz Billion Code (Green Learn Button) Step 3: To exit programming mode, press program button (insert it with a safety pin) 2 times quickly, the led blink once to confirm selection. Step 4: Press and release the learn button on garage door opener. The learn indicator light will blinks steadily for 30 seconds. Step 5, When the light blinks, press the remote control button programmed in step 2 until the light on your garage door opener is flash or you hear 2 clicks. Step 6, Test it by pressing the programmed button to see if the door will open or close. If you cannot understand above, pls contact the customer service.
