Sportime Yuck-E-Medicine Ball, 8-1/2 Inches, 8-4/5 Pounds, Orange

Love this big orange medicine ball! It is a heavy over 8 pound sensory ball that is filled with smaller balls inside that provide weight, make it easy to grab & hold onto and provide ability to float in water. My physical therapist instructed me how to use it in the therapy pool. It floats but provides resistance as you push it down in the water, run figure eights in and out of your legs, raise high above you. I bought one for our home swim spa and I use it every day with my home program. It is expensive, but well made and worth the price!
