Good Grips 8 Cup Smart Seal Airtight Glass Rectangle Container

This OXO Good Grips 8 Cup Smart Seal Glass Container has become my favorite food storage piece. The 8-cup size is perfect for big batches of soup, leftover casseroles, marinating chicken, or storing cut-up veggies for the week. What I love: The Smart Seal lid is truly airtight — no leaks when I shake it or turn it upside down. Glass is thick and high-quality. It feels durable and cleans easily (even tomato sauce comes right off). The rectangle shape fits perfectly in the fridge and stacks nicely with my other OXO containers. Lids snap on with a satisfying click and stay secure. Microwave and oven safe (without lid), and the glass reheats evenly. I’ve had cheaper glass containers that warp or leak, but this one has held up perfectly after many uses and dishwasher cycles. The locking tabs feel strong and well-made. If you want reliable, leak-proof glass storage that actually stays airtight, this OXO 8 Cup is worth every penny.

This is best Tupperware on the market as far as I can tell. Removable seals are great for keeping it clean. They are also very durable.

The OXO brand I really like and have been using them for close to a year now. They really help to keep food fresh and they are easy to clean. Just remember to remove the seal from the lid when you wash them. Some other brands have seals that are not removable and the tab locks tend to break off from being bent back too far which is hard not to do with them. But the OXO brand is more reliable, the tab locks hold well without breaking unless of course you deliberately fold them too far back causing the plastic to crack.Also, they tend to save space compairs to some storage containers which are round bowls, leaving wasted space in the refridgerator Recently, I've been looking to purchase a couple of more 3.5 cup OXO storage containers. I used to purchase them at a common brick & mortar store. But the one in our area stopped selling these storage container. So I had to go online and order them from Amazon. They just came in today and I'm really lucky that they weren't broken or chipped. Because they were both put in one of those Amazon Recycled paper mailers. There was absolutely no protection, no bubble wrap or any other sort of protection. Both containers were inserted side by side, loose in the mailer and on the side of the mailer was a rip which if it had ripped more, the containers would have fallen out. In other words, there was two glass containers side by side with no protection. So Yes, I would recommend these storage containers. But using a paper mailer with no protection is a Really Big NO, No!! Use a Box with Bubble wrap to protect Glass Items. So is this a problem caused by a Human or from Amazon Robotic Packaging???

Perfect size. Size is an excellent portion size. Does not drip. Thick glass. I don’t recommend you put the top in the dish washer. I’ve had to throw out tops of too many brands and sizes. I soak the tops, scrub, then hand dry. No damage to the rubber this way. This smaller size is hard to find.

Glass feels sturdy and has a good thickness. Seals tight and no leakage happened so far. One thing I really liked is that removing and putting the rubber in the lid being really easy. The only problem I found so far is the quality control as one of the 3 containers I purchased a broken lid.

This is the best glass storage containers I have ever bought. Great seal and comes is serveral styles. I have all the styles and gave all my old storage containers away.

It's my favorite container that I've ever bought and I haven't bought any other kinds since. In particular, this size is really nice for about 2 meal servings (as a lunchbox). The slightest drawback is that it's a smidgen heavier than I'd like, but it's definitely not something I notice on an everyday basis. Common to the family of products: the glass seems to be impervious to basically anything WITHIN REASON, the seal is water/oil/airtight (no more plastic wrapping etc), everything cleans beautifully in the dishwasher (like brand new), and the lid clicks perfectly into place every time. It honestly just works so well, whether storing hot or cold foods, keeping it all fresh until ready for usage.

I’ve been using cup glass container for food storage and it works very well. The glass feels sturdy and doesn’t retain odors. The lid seals tightly and I haven’t experienced any leaks. It’s convenient for the fridge and easy to clean. A good size for medium portions and food organization.

Height quality materials and not easy to break. Highly recommended

過去に購入したことがあり、もう一つ欲しいと探してみましたがその価格に驚愕！ 2018年12月時点での購入価格は2,160円だったのに、2023年1月時点で倍以上の価格になっています。 円安の影響ここに極まれり！と実感しています。 高すぎるので追加購入は諦めました。 LLサイズの大きさと密閉度を気に入っています。 重さは正直、具材を入れて持ち運ぶには重すぎます。 ただ、電子レンジを使った下拵えをしてそのまま保存できるので、洗い物を減らるのはいいですね。
