Praise for Rebellion!!
When a mission goes critical the DO's have to think on their feet just like any action force in any military. In this chapter the DO's have to work some indigenous peoples of different religions & their trade agreement has unknown consequences for the teams involved in training them. A good read! Highly recommended

Dropping a rock down a well
Greed, religious belief, and stupidity. 3 things that one at a time are powerful forces, any 2 together can topple nations, all 3 together, well that's when you send in a team of the Republic Dark Operators. The Republic sent in a DO team to advise and train indigenous aliens with the goal of unifying a continent to implement interspecies cooperation that would improve the lives of the natives such that a corporation could make more money. This effected a renewal of ancient religious beliefs against the Republic. The corporation stupidly thought the uneducated and galactically naive aliens could be manipulated by greed. After all that's what motivated the corporate heads.Thankfully the DO teams were on hand to recognize catastrophe as it was happening. In a rare instance of a planetary diplomatic head being competent the DO legionaires were able to save the humans from completely being wiped out on the planet. Nothing was as simple as this brief description of events above. But like modern US Marines the DO adapts and overcomes. The rock and well? Read and see.The three co-authors once again tell an intense and believable story from the point of view of the guys at the tip of the spear. Mil-Spec Sci-Fi worth reading

Great Series
Its part of the Leej adventures, not much more needs to be said for anyone familiar with Anspach, Cole, Spears books. Great Sci-fi and gritty hardcore military action. The bigwigs of the House of NO Reason are exposed eventually just like on Earth. These are all great books!!

Well done!
Very well written. Has all the technology jargon that military uses with out sounding made up. Story and characters are well developed.

"Bask Well" with a story that keeps getting better and better!
I enjoy each new Dark Operator book just a little bit more than the last, and it keeps me going back for more. Dark Operator: Rebellion finds Kel in a truly alien culture and world where the loss of cultural nuance can be life and death. It makes for a riveting story rife with danger and action but not missing the humanity. The echoes of America’s small wars and covert wars, both large and small, have not gone unnoticed in this book, and I think many military folks and history fans will be able to see it and appreciate it. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; the psychology, sociology, leadership, and interpersonal dynamics of humanity (or human-oid?) stays the same regardless of what planet the story is on and Dark Operator: Rebellion is no different. Same goes for fundamental tactical concepts that, though influenced by tech, largely stay the same or only shift slightly. In capturing that, you’ve captured what I appreciate most in good science fiction. Bravo.

This one is a winner
I had hoped the next increment would not go off the rails. It did not. It got better. Finally some real wonder and excitement.

Superb! Fun! Rivoting!
Wow! Loved this book! Took me a bit to get into it but once it got rolling, pure fast and furious fun. And somehow the relationship between the female Disciplined soldier and Kel was super touching.

Bugs. Why did it have to be bugs
Aside from the locals slash indigs being bugs it was a good book. I really like how the differences between cultures was highlighted, and that both Corp and pol were clueless. Reality reflected in fiction.

A good series
A good adventure/war story the series is developing well setting solid foundations for the rest of the series. There is an element of authenticity in the interaction between characters
