It reduces the flow slightly but you can enlarge the slits if need to increase flow easily. **Q: Is the flow suitable to 20 months old? My son takes level 3 dr browns nipple. Is the flow faster than that?** A: Maybe a little faster, but not much. **Q: Is this product good to use?** A: I didn’t like this product and returned it. **Q: How does the spout work?
