I have horrible anxiety and will bite my nails and fingers without even realizing it. I found this ring and saw it was designed to help with anxiety by giving you a focus or something to fidget with as sort of a grounding technique. I can say I still have a lot of anxiety, so this wasn’t any sort of miracle ring to relax me, but I have been biting less, as when I feel like I want to, I move the balls around instead. It does create some sort of distraction, I guess, as I’ll clump the balls in different patterns. I also think it’s pretty cute since it’s small and simple, but it also is holding up well. I have had it for a few weeks now and use all sorts of cleaning products, lotions, soaps, etc. while wearing it, and it hasn’t tarnished yet, nor lost shape, even though the actual ring is very thin. For the price, it was totally worth it, and I am very happy I tried it out. And because it wasn’t expensive, if it does turn gray or ends up breaking after a short time, I’d still be happy and would probably even buy another.

This is a very beautiful ring and fun and comfortable to wear.A good value.

I really enjoyed this ring while it lasted. It started warping with regular use and it finally broke after nine months of use. In the photo you can see how deformed it is.

I love this ring! I wear it every day and it really does help with anxiety and fidgeting. The beads slide smoothly, and the ring itself is very thin and dainty. It did run a little big (I intended it for my index finger but wear it on my thumb, which I actually like better.) It has not turned dull or discolored at all! I don’t wear it in water, so I can’t speak for that. It also hasn’t bent even a little, and I am constantly playing with it. Definitely recommend!

I like the idea of the product and it’s still stylish and works pretty well for me but I did measure the finger I planned on wearing it on pre ordering it and when I ordered that size it’s a lot bigger so it’s hard to wear because ot slips off.
