did love the product
it wasn't what I expected. I tried it once. the ice packs didn't stay cold. you can't freeze these. I didn't return because the cost was so cheap it wasn't worth my time to send back

It's a really good strap but for home use only. I don't recommend it to be used with any foot wear for outdoors. It's adjustable and you can either make it warm or cold to relieve any discomfort or pain. It's versatile and can be used on either foot.

ONLY FOR ONE FOOT!
Unless your a pirate with a peg leg, this is worthless. I can’t write a review as to its effectiveness because I can’t use it till I get another one. What sense would it make to wear one!? I feel like I got robbed. Maybe a little more honesty in the description huh?

Easy to use and well constructed
I found this easy to use and the construction is well made. The ice/heat pack feels sturdy. I can't imagine wearing this inside a shoe, but for wearing at night for plantar fasciitis, it's comfortable.Don't put it on too tight, just snug enough that it doesn't slip off and it feels great.By the way, I should note what my orthopedic doctor said about plantar fasciitis. He said the reason there are SO MANY different devices and treatments is that what works for one person, may not work for another with PF. This item works for me, but YOU might be different.

It does help me with the immediate relief of the pain involved in plantar fasciitis.
I really like the gel paks that could be inserted in inner fold for cold or heat and worn . The only problem I encountered was when I wore it wrapped next to foot without a sock... it still felt loose even when wrapped as tight as possible. It would feel like it was slipping. It worked better when I wore a thin sock before wrapping and putting on my shoes. Did not insert gel packs when wearing shoes cause I figured they would probably explode with weight bearing on them... Didn't want to try that possibility. BUT...the Copper Fit Relief wraps DID help with pain quite a bit and I'm happy to be free of pain so much after 5 months of suffering. Thanks, Copper Fit!
