I work from home, constantly in meetings. I had a previous Plantronics model that worked w laptop for 3 yrs before having issues and still works with phone, but given price point of that model, it was great and loved it. Then bought mid price point LEVN headset near holidays, it was Garbage! This just arrived, plugged in and got into call. Oh wow, this is incredible! Blocks ambient noise (kid in background w tv), incoming sound impeccable, headset is very comfortable. Love this headset! Very worth the price (on sale). Now looking forward to work meetings again after dreading them with the LEVN set for the last month.

I've used so many wired headsets over the years and these are by far the best and worth ever penny. I can't say enough about this awesome headset! The build quality is second to none. The mic is solid and the ergonomic ear cups are so comfortable and swivel in all directions including laying flat when you put them down. Once it's set up it connects to the computer so fast each time you turn them on. I've walked about at least 20-30 feet and had perfect reception. It has a nice switch that tells you the battery status and that they are connected. The battery life is great. I use them 8 hrs a day and it has never died on me. You also have to install the app for extra settings and features. I'm never going back to a wired headset again!

Trash no noise canceling as advertised, waste of money, do not buy if you are looking to have background noise cancellation.

I purchased the Voyager Focus 2 to replace my aging SAVI 730; however, I am disappointed that Poly stopped offering the compact DECT in-the-ear headsets and opted for these bulky over-the-ear headphones. Options like the CS540 make my ears sore from the constant pressure from the ear band and solid arm from multiple-hour conference calls. Daily Use: - 7+ hours Pro: - Noise cancellation - Excellent - Sound Quality - Excellent - Controls - Good - Battery life - Excellent - price point Con: - Heavy - The headset is heavy compared to the in-the-ear headset of the Savi 730. - The placement of the microphone boom can be finicky. People find it hard to hear me if the mic is off by even a little bit. The unit's weight causes the mic to slip around as you move. Would I recommend: Even though I am disappointed with the bulk and get frustrated with needing to re-adjust the mic boom; I recommend the Voyager Focus 2 because of the price, battery life, sound quality, and noise cancelation.

Plantronics deserves another 5-star rating for this headset. I probably can't add much more than the 1000s of reviews already left but for what it is worth - >Noise cancelling if amaaaazing. >Headset works w or w/o the USB-A dongle. My experience is the quality is just as good using shared Bluetooth on my Windows 11 computer. >Super comfortable - no pressure, covers ears. I can wear for hours. >Controls on the headset work well - I usually only use volume up / down and put the mic up to mute myself. >Also, the top part that rest on the top of my head - is very comfortable as well. >Writing this over year after I got these - they are holding up great. All surfaces look new, and the comfy bits (like padding) all look new too. >The charging is effortless, and they hang on an include stand to charge. Impossible to screw up and put on wrong. So, they always charge. Plus, the charge last so long that I never have to worry about it during a full day of use. Just a fantastic product and I appreciate the co-worker that shared the recommendations for these too!

Microphone Noice cancell works excelent. Is absolutly confortable. ANC is ok, is not like Bose or Sony but reduce street noise. I am absolutly frustrated with the Bluethoth range.. is like 15 feets / 4 meters? On product information wireless range is 164 ft/ 50 m This happend to me with pc connected with usb and also on phone Bluetooth. worst range of all my headphones ever. I have last software and BT700 drivers update... What happend??

Four stars on noise cancellation because on the wearer’s side it only softens the noise not cancels it. However on the other end I have been in a meeting for work at the same time I was DJing my kids swim team event and no one on the other end could hear the music even if I stood in front of the speaker. But they could hear me clear as a bell. Working from home my wife and I can have meetings at the same time and both parties on the other end never hear the other person in the room. They are comfortable to wear though I have not needed to wear them for 8 hours straight.

La comodidad, calidad y peso son excelentes el micrófono es muy bueno, la supresión de ruido fantástico, el audio se escucha por arriba del promedio. Se conecta sin problema alguno a iPhone y laptop corporativa al mismo tiempo, puedes escuchar música en el iPhone y cuando usas laptop, hace un switch para priorizar el audio de zoom, Teams…. La app tiene bastantes opciones de configuración, fácil de manejar y sin bugs detectados al momento. La pila me dura 2-3 días de trabajo y carga en poco tiempo, acepta carga por cable mientras estás en conferencia sin comprometer la comunicacion. La base de carga muy pro, el cable de alimentación de buena calidad y el transmisor lo he probado en un radio de 12 metros con 2 paredes y planta baja sin presentar pérdida de calidad de audio. No lo lleve al límite de distancia aún. Simplemente lo volvería a comprar sin problema.

Il microfono filtra benissimo i rumori, in maniera paragonabile alle jabra evolve2 75. L'aspetto però è più economico rispetto a quest'ultime (ma anche il prezzo). ANC non così efficace, viste le dimensioni ridotte dei padiglioni. Non hanno hear through. Se l'obiettivo è quello di lavorare in ambienti rumorosi senza che l'interlocutore senta qualsiasi tipo di disturbo direi che è centrato. 27/01/2023 Aggiornamento dopo 6 mesi. Le adoro, audio sembre comprensibile in ogni situazione, non sbagliano un colpo. Le preferisco anche alle jabra evolve2 75. Si vede che è un prodotto ideato per lavorare. Vorrei precisare che sono cuffie professionali per lavorare in conference-call anche in ambienti anche rumorosi, non danno il meglio nell'ascolto di musica o nella registrazione audio.

Den Kopfhörer kann man problemlos über mehrere Stunden tragen. Der Sound ist für den Gebrauch in Telefonkonferenzen völlig ausreichend. Die Möglichkeit zum gleichzeitigen koppeln an Handy und PC ist super. Verbesserungsbedürftig wäre die Reichweite und das ANC. Wichtig sind mir der Tragekomfort und gute Akkulaufzeit. Beides ist super, daher 5 Sterne.
