The little drops are easy to dispense either straight into the mouth or into a cold drink. Flavour is almost non existent so there is nothing unpleasant either

This came out the box it was a little open, my hands were covered in some of the oil from the bottle, the cap seal was held by maybe 1 or 2 plastic lines, it should of been held by the full ring. So not sure if it was opened sometime before, the dilema is once opened consume within 6 months... now there is 500 drops of this 500 days supply 1 drop per day it was mainly meant for a family to use not a single person. 500 drops is 16 months way past the date of once opened used by date. So yeah more than one person should use this and make sure the seal of the bottle is fully closed and no leaking occurring.Hard to tell if this is true olive oil and where the vitamin D is sourced from exactly. there's not much info and hard to say that 1 drop with 1000IU of this bottle will actually do something in one drop since summer is coming up in comparison to the Sun's Vitamin D which is superior in every way. Some studies suggest to take 1000-4000IU per day of vitamin-D.
