Me gusta el producto, solo que tengo un problema con la barra espaciadora, no se si es muy pequeña o que le sucede, en ocaciones me funciona y en otras no, tambien calienta un poco.Solo actualizo la reseña, el vendedor me dijo que podia pagar parte de la reparacion de la computadora, yo necesito hacer un traslado de la garantia a mi pais directamente con DELL y el vendedor no me ayuda con la informacion que necesitoActualizando la informacion del producto, se hizo el cambio de teclado, yo tuve que contactar a DELL para tratar que ellos me ayudaran logrando el traslado de garantia a mi nombre, mi sorpresa es cuando el tecnico de DELL abre la maquina, resulta que el disco y una de las memorias no son DELL asi que el me comento que si esos componentes se dañaban, DELL no correria con la garantia, OJO con eso.El vendedor en efecto dice que la computadora sera abierta por los cambios en las configuraciones, pero no dice que las partes a ser instaladas no son DELL

After a few weeks the computer would not work right. I sent it back to Dell who said that a third party "ssd" (what ever the heck that is) had been put in the computer and would cost me $197 to replace. The Amazon site said that this was a new computer and obviously it was not as ih ad been altered. In short, Amazon screwed me. I would never buy another electronic device from them. Never, ever.

This is a nice laptop, speed is great and has great features.

In the description of the laptop, it indicates the capability of connecting a SIM card directly into the slot. The pictures even show a sim card slot. There is no sim card slot on the laptop. The descriptions also indicates that the laptop has a higher memory than what it comes with. The description showed 1 TB of data. The laptop that we received shows 512 on the box. We now have to return the laptop and will just go to Bestbuy to purchase.

I bought this laptop to use mainly for stock trading tools and platforms, and I’ve avoided using it for anything like YouTube or social media to keep it in as good shape as possible for as long as possible. It constantly shuts down for no apparent reason and the troubleshooting (or whatever it does) takes forever. I’m just not impressed with anything about it for a $1,500 laptop. It was probably only that expensive because of the parts shortage, but regardless. Now I’ll have to go to the trouble of dealing with my warranty which I don’t have the time or energy for. Just disappointed.

EXCELENTE PRODUCTO VERSUS PRECIO

The laptop I bought has 64 gig of ram, an 8 core Intel I-7 cpu , and 2 terabyte SSD drive.This brand new Dell laptop was upgraded by the vendor, and the selling price was only$1749.00… brand new! A comparable computer from the factory would sell for over $6,000.00. This is about the best deal I have ever come across.

I have owned 7 Dell Latitudes and this one by far is the best that I have had. The specs are incredible for the money. You won't be disappointed
