**Q: Does it work well on Steps?**
A: Yes. The big wheels keep it straight enough but depends how balanced it's being pulled and loaded.

**Q: Do you prefer this over a 4 wheeled cover?**
A: 2 is fine

**Q: I've called customer service twice and left messages. Still no reply. Has anyone had an issue with the cable?**
A: Yes, my cable has continued twisting with use and has frayed. I haven't tried to contact customer service because I've replaced the cart with a 4-wheeler that swivels and it's been a game changer. This cart is up for sale in as-is condition on Facebook Marketplace. Wish I had a better answer for you. Good luck!

**Q: Will this fit a 33 inch Oak Works with the added cushioning?**
A: Not sure how thick your extra cushioning is but Im pretty sure it would unless your cushioning is more than 3 inches ... I have a 31 inch Earthlite Luna and still have a bit of room on the sides ... Maybe if you measure the thickness of your table when  and repost your question ...
