Having gotten blisters from a current marathon these are just what i need in my shoes to cushion my heels. Going to try keeping them on on my next big run and see if they prevent annoying blisters forming on my feet

I wore each of these once. Instructions are to handwash, these were not washable. They did not dry, but became sticky, stuck together and were thus rendered unwearable a second time.
