Great price, quality and simple to use.
As my very first handheld printer, I think the Welczek-01 is an excellent choice. It's simple user interface and the large colorful touch screen makes it very easy to use. The hard aluminum storage case is high quality. To top it off, customer service provided a very quick response. Highly recommended 👍🏽.

Works until it doesn't
This product worked extremely well then it started cutting off the printing halfway. I can only see half of the live it's supposed to print. Can't contact the seller for help.

just as easy as I expectede
This printer does what is says…. Quality is awesome! Works really well for dummies! I was able to figure it out because it was so straightforward and easy to use I love it I love it I love it

Defective printing
I used the machine but am still continuing to have issues with it. It often smears when printing and I end up losing a lot of bags, which cost aa lot of money. The touch screen works but the printing is definitely an issue as it doesn't always print clearly or it smears. I am losing money on my packaging as I have to throw away a lot of bags

This handheld printer works great.
I have liked this machine so far great value for the money.I tried mfg and expiration dates also company name and Barcodes all of these came out great. This machine is flawless so far and I am really happy with the purchase

Easy to use, no set up needed
We were able to get the printer up and running in minutes. It is very user friendly. It prints well on various surfaces. The quick dry ink is perfect to prevent smudges. The first one we ordered wasn't working properly. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. I sent them a quick video of the issue and sent a replacement immediately. Very happy with this purchase.

Great printer
We use this printer to stamp best by dates onto packaging. It has been a fantastic printer for what we use it for. Customer service has also been excellent. I would definitely recommend.

when printing on
Great product. Practically works on all types of packages as long it's on a flat surface. One trick we learned is not to press down when printing on poly bags or any shiny surface otherwise it will leave streaks.

Prints on everything, and customer service is great!
Easy to use and can store many different templates. I like how you can set an expiry date (number of days, months or years in the future) and it updates everyday which makes manual adjustment unneeded. There is also a counter when printing so you know how many prints have been done which makes counting our finished goods very easy. The only feature that made me choose 4 stars for ease of use is that getting into a text field to edit is cumbersome. This is missing from the manual but I discovered if you swipe up from the middle vertically and 1/3 from the left of a text field it will bring you into the edit dialog. Clogged nozzles happen but are easily corrected by wiping the printhead with a lint free cloth. The first unit I received was DOA but the customer service (WELCZEK, not Amazon) quickly helped with troubleshooting and sending a replacement. Has been working great for 1,000's of impressions so far. I'm actually most impressed with their customer service (6 stars if I could)...I have not had such a trouble free experience from similar equipment suppliers!
