If its complete why it doesnt have ALL values at least 100%?

Complete meaning it has all the recommended vitamins at the necessary amounts.

Why does the manufactuer send these with a golden-colored clear fish capsule, but the item review pics on amazon show a red fish capsule?

The fish oil softgels in TheraNatal Lactation Complete use annatto as a natural colorant. We previously used a higher amount of annatto, which resulted in a reddish-colored softgel. Now, we have decreased the amount of annatto, resulting in a golden-colored softgel.

do they help in increasing supply ?

These don't look to contain any galactagogues, just enough Vitamin D to not have to use drops which is the lactation piece.
