When I first opened it I used it on one sheet and it worked. I threw the box away then a few days later (today) I’m trying to use it again and it turns on but it won’t get hot. There’s some other reviews like this but when theyre overwhelmingly positive I ignore the bad reviews because I figure it won’t happen to me. I was wrong this time! But I emailed the seller and they offered to refund or send me a new one without even needing to return the defective one. That’s all I could really ask for at this point! I’m happy. Hoping I get a good one this time. When it worked it worked wonderfully!

Worked well for the activities that my grandson loves! Making decorations for Valentine's Day was a big hit. Looking forward to making other holiday decorations! The machine was easy to use and light enough to carry from room to room. It was also a great price for all the things I was able to do and plan to do.

We chose this model as it allows 11x17. The first one jammed by somehow rolling up the laminate around the roller. It was the second sheet I tried and did not realize something was going wrong. It ended up getting jammed enough I could not reach any of the sheet to manually pull it out, even using tweezers. This was a Sunday night and I emailed their support as described in the user manual. I received a response that night and after exchanging a few emails including my proof of purchase, they sent out a replacement. I received the replacement on Tuesday. We are very happy with the customer service and using it for a week now, have not gotten any laminate jammed up again.

My team purchased two of these to use between the 6 of us. We have barely gotten through 5 months and both of them have jammed and ruined the projects we were working on. We are very disappointed in the durability of these as we have only used them about 4 times a piece. They were not subjected to daily use.UPDATE:the company is shipping me replacements and responded very quickly to make things right!

We only tried it a few times and it seemed to work well. The cutter is a useful tool.

**UPDATE** I emailed customer service, and in a couple of hours, a representative replied, offering a full refund on my purchase or a new replacement at no cost to me. I don't even have to send the bad one back to them. I will certainly purchase this brand in the future. I updated this review from 1 to 5 stars.I purchased this same laminator a couple of years ago and it suited my needs until it would no longer heat up. I figured it held up well for the amount of use it had, so I bought another. The new one worked about the same as the first, but with minimal use it suddenly started jamming. I tried different sizes and thicknesses of lam sheets, but it still randomly jams. It seems to do it less when I let it warm up for a long time, but it will still do it at times after adequate warm up. It could just be a lemon - it is just always a pain when something you rely on doesn't work correctly.

Bought on February 10, used 2 times for school (2 sheets) stop working at the second week. It turns on but doesn’t heat. Waste of money.

Good quality laminating for all my small projects. Busy yourself while it heats up and it feels like it is ready in no time. Stare at the ready light and it seems like forever. Very useful for homeschool and church projects.
