There are several other brands that appear to be identical to this one. I believe Westinghouse and Wen are similar if not the exact same generator.I have owned other generators in the past but this was my 1st invertor generator.I love it.We are using it primarily to run a portable AC unit in small concessions trailer. The AC unit has dual inverters on the compressors so this was perfect!!! I can start the generator and leave in on Econ mode (just idling) and when the compress starts, it slowly speeds up and so does the generator. It works beautifully!!!! Being just 2300 watts caused me a little concern but it is perfect for the load it is carrying.

Loved the first one so much I bought another.. so we can pair them up ... I have the same type of generator by honda and the ford generator so far may actually be a bit better.. that is a toss up also love honda products .. I really love great value and these 2300 ford generator sets are awesome ! So quite !

I'm off grid. I use this to power the trailer and other various items and it works really well. The only problem I have with it are the little machine screws are pretty fragile so be careful when you work them for checking the oil in the air cleaner. Don't use an automatic screwdriver Go Gentle and use just finger pressures.

bought mine in 2021 and use for 11 hrs until now 2024 just shut it down after ice storm 4 days ago. This little guy did great for 96 hrs . I have a transfer switch witch allows me to use different breakers in my house. At night I run the Natural gas furnace and the refrigerator. I get 8 hrs. on tank. then all day into evening I am on standard mode and run freezer, fridge, coffee pod maker, 65" TV, cable (when working, DVD player and 2 desktop PCs, and a electric garage door, and my 60Lm fish pond air pump. I get 6 hrs. on tank. If i turned off the fridge and freezer I could run a countertop oven (1500wts) so it worked well. I would shut it off, fill it and it always starts back up. A+++

Unit came as promised, installed oil / gas and ran unit for 15 minutes. Purred like a kitten. As per instructions, attempted to do a weekly run, pulled over a couple of times and the recoil locked up. Currently waiting for a call back from the manufacturer ( Pulsar). Also paid up for the "asurion" 3 year protection plan but, have not received further information on that yet. Hoping to get things squared away soon, as this unit had pretty decent reviews. Not doing me much good as it is. Honda next time :(

Very surprised of the sturdy compact built of the inverter. I think this generator is under rated until you put it to use. the decibel ratings is much quieter than advertised. On eco mode it was in the low 50s at full blast it was 60 decibel at fifteen feet which is much quieter than my Yamaha 2200. I would say it’s a good buy because of it’s power and price quietness at 2000 running watts and 2300 peak most model of this class will only give you 1800 running watts.
