It’s so noisy! Can’t use it when kids are in bed it’s that loud but other than that it’s comfortable, easy to use and assemble.

Omg this is so much fun now that I’ve got the grips with it. But I can’t even use a hola hoop so please that I’ve got to grips with this now to watch my waist get smaller 🤞🏼

I REALLY HAVE TO GET FIT.
It's fun-just like the hoola hoop of many years ago-it's weighted -so you really have to swing those hips.HA!HA!
